Broken hearted? Heck no like I could ever get Adam Lambert to date me? I want his CDs and I want his movies and I want to see him in concert and on Broadway and in more movies!!!! I want to buy Adam's future clothing line and boots, and jackets and messenger bags, and belts, and etc. I want to continuously be entertained by Adam Lambert. I am totally happy that Adam can find someone he cares about (guy or girl)! Most fans aren't heartbroken - they just want him to be happy. I am a fan for life and can't wait for the AI tour so I can hear him live and then the new cd by years end. Adam is such an incredible vocal talent and that should be the focus.

I'm a slightly older lesbian and I think Adam is hot, extremely talented, confident,humble.... Of course some of the girl fans are broken hearted. They'd be just as jealous if it was a female he was holding hands with. They love this guy and don't want to see his affection being bestowed upon anyone - male or female. But my best guess is they love him just the same. I know my two daughters are head over heels in love. I have to admit I crush a bit myself..lol. Anyway we are all looking forward to seeing more of him in the future. My daughters ask every week "why can't they have the Adam Lambert show". I think they are in serious withdrawal.

The thing about having a celebrity crush is that you never expect to meet the person anyway. In the case of Adam, I love him because of the way his music makes me feel. I suddenly find myself wanting to be cooler, sexier, more creative, thinner, and better dressed than I am. Who he sleeps with isn't going to change the way the passion in his voice makes me feel (and I'm a straight women with two kids). Thanks Adam for letting me daydream about myself in a much more positive way than I have in a long, long time. That's what art is about...arousing emotions...and, Adam, you certainly have aroused mine. : )

One of Adam's most attractive qualities is his openness and ability to rise above the media machine that wants to pigeonhole him. His fans are smarter than you give them credit for. We've always known he's gay. He never hid it.

I found Adam extremely attractive: his self-confidence, love of performing, and graciousness, yet I could never actually picture him with a woman. I think Adam is breathtaking......he's true to himself, he glows he is so happy, and it's been generations since anyone with a fraction of his talent has come onto the music scene...he's going to be iconic....he's going to shatter the music charts and redefine the art of embracing and mastering multiple genres....I cannot wait until his CD's come out, and as soon as his first concert is announced, there is no doubt that I will be there!

Hey I am an Adam fan and a girl. I am not heartbroken. Ha ha!! I am in fact, excited for the both of them. I have posted several times in the past that i really really don't care if Adam is gay. Let him be. He has talent - he can sing really really good and charisma and that's what i think is important. Not only that, he is true with himself. Refreshing! I really want him to succeed. If there is something that i am fearful about is that people might push and push him to do something that he doesn't want to. This is what we shouldn't do.

His American Idol and post idol stint is definitely a phenomenon. The gay pictures and blogs could have ruined his chances for the finale but it didn't. Coming out won't either. People are really ready for somebody like him. Go Glambert!! Good Luck!!

I don't know a single Adam fan who didn't know that he was gay. He's incredibly attractive--I don't have to think that I actually have a chance with him (which I wouldn't even if he were a raging heterosexual) to think that. I can't believe girls didn't think he was gay!!! Wow!! So is my FAB singer Ricky Martin, and I adore him so much. I love Ricky so much, that I want to be his BFF. I support anything that Ricky does. So will I support Adam. He is so handsome and sweet!! It's about talent. I mean did girls really think that they had a chance with that Hunk of burning love. I can understand the fantasy, I also had it with Ricky. What was my solace, girlies they have the same problems in their relationship as anyone. I'm very surprised that anybody was shocked that he is gay. I always thought it was very apparent, and I don't know why any girl would actually let themselves feel 'broken hearted' over something like that. It's nothing to be sad or 'broken-hearted' about. It's who he is, and if you a truly a fan of his, you'll support it rather than feel upset over it. I think people should try to remember that he still deserves our love and support, and he is still the same man in the photos as he was on stage. Regardless of his homosexuality, he is a great talent and seems to have a great personality, and I think that should be the focus over his sexual preference.
