she did gain weight and that is not normal! because the average american is 10-20lbs, with over 30% considered obese, no wonder we've been desensitized to fat people! Wake up people and realize that this is not healthy. Her voice may have nothing to do with her weight, but she is a role model for young people. She needs to get in touch with whatever is causing her emotional eating and FAST before she gets any bigger!

she's sold how many millions of records? and you think she hasn't? hmm...reality check :) at least her last album was music she wrote, she's not some britney character who uses other's writing talents for her own popularity. :)

even though Perry wrote 2 of the tracks on the album Clarkson makes them her own. Let's face it Katy can not sing live for s$%^

her weight is not the issue here... can we please discuss how SUCKY this song is? She needs better MUSIC in order to sell more CDs, honestly, Kelly, get on top of that ASAP before you lose your audience forever.

Proved that she can sell albums? Are we forgetting that her last two albums didn't sell well (including this current one)? The only one that had block buster sales was Breakaway and that was when she was extremely skinny so being skinny is required for her to sell records at the pace that I believe her record company is counting on. I don't think she'll ever see those types of numbers looking like an overweight soccer mom trying to hide the fat in black instead of losing it. She just looks lazy.
